Location: Easy Booking > Google Calendar Sync
Once your Google account is connected, configure how bookings are added to Google Calendar.
Calendar
Select the Google Calendar where booking events will be created.
The list contains the calendars available to the connected Google account. Make sure you select a calendar for which you have permission to create, update and delete events.
Visibility
Choose who can view the event details:
- Calendar default: Uses the default visibility setting of the selected calendar.
- Public: The event details are visible to anyone who has access to the calendar.
- Private: The event details remain private, even if the calendar is shared publicly.
Be careful when using Public visibility with templates containing customer names, contact details, addresses or other personal information.
Event color
Choose the color assigned to booking events:
- Lavender
- Sage
- Grape
- Flamingo
- Banana
- Tangerine
- Peacock
- Graphite
- Blueberry
- Basil
- Tomato
The selected color only changes the appearance of the event; it does not affect its behavior.
Leave empty to use the default calendar color.
Event mode
Choose how booking dates are displayed in Google Calendar:
- All day: Creates an all-day event covering the booking dates.
- With times: Adds a start time and an end time to the event.
When With times is selected, you can configure the Start time and End time settings below.
Start time
Set the time at which the Google Calendar event starts.
This setting is useful only when Event mode is set to With times.
End time
Set the time at which the Google Calendar event ends.
This setting is usefule only when Event mode is set to With times.
Title template
Customize the event title displayed in Google Calendar.
For example:
Booking #{order_number} – {product_name}
Description template
Customize the information displayed in the event description.
For example:
Customer: {customer_name}Email: {customer_email}Booking: {booking_start} – {booking_end}Order: {order_url}
Location template
Customize the location associated with the Google Calendar event.
You can enter fixed text, use template variables, or combine both.

The following variables can be used in the title, description and location templates:

Applying settings to existing events
When you change the plugin settings, existing Google Calendar events are updated automatically, except for bookings that have already ended.
To update all events, including past bookings, run a full resynchronization from Easy Booking → Tools and check the “Include past reservations” option.
