When a reservation is created, the add-on automatically creates a corresponding event with the booking dates and the information you choose to display.
Stay up to date automatically
No need to edit your calendar manually when a booking changes:
- New reservations are automatically added to Google Calendar.
- Date changes are reflected in the corresponding event.
- Events are removed when a reservation is cancelled or refunded.
Your calendar stays consistent with your Easy Booking reservations.
It is a one-way synchronization: events created or edited directly in Google Calendar do not update your website’s availability or reservations.
Customize your calendar events
Choose exactly how your bookings appear in Google Calendar:
- Select the destination calendar.
- Choose an event color.
- Customize the event title.
- Add the booking information you need to the event description.
This makes it easy to identify and organize reservations at a glance.

Google Calendar Sync works with reservations placed through your website, whether you use Easy Booking Free or PRO.
Support for reservations created manually from the WordPress administration will be added in a future update.
