Which Plugin Should You Choose?
Easy Booking and Easy Scheduling both add booking features to WooCommerce, but they are designed for two different types of reservations.
The easiest way to choose between them is to look at what your customers need to select:
- One or two dates: choose Easy Booking.
- A specific time: choose Easy Scheduling.
Choose Easy Booking for Date-Based Reservations
Easy Booking is designed for bookings managed by day.
Depending on your configuration, customers can select:
- One date
- A start and end date
It is the right choice when a product, accommodation or other resource is reserved for one or several full days.
Easy Booking is particularly suitable for:
- Holiday homes and apartments
- Cars, bikes and other vehicles
- Tools and equipment

- Dresses, costumes and event supplies
- Rooms or venues rented by the day
Availability is managed for each date. When a booking is placed, the corresponding dates become unavailable or the available stock is reduced.
Choose Easy Scheduling for Time-Based Reservations
Easy Scheduling is designed for reservations that always include a specific time.
Customers may select a date and a time, or choose from available times without selecting a date first, depending on how the service is configured. In every case, the reservation is attached to a time slot.
Easy Scheduling is therefore more suitable for:
- Appointments and consultations
- Classes and workshops
- Guided activities
- Events and sessions
- Hourly room rentals
- Services offered at specific times
Availability is managed by time slot rather than by full day.
