You might need to change order status before being able to add/edit/delete items. Some orders are not editable.

Add a booking

  • Select or create the order you wish to add a booking to.
  • Click on Add item(s) > Add product.
  • Select your product and click on Add.

Click on Edit item on the right (it appears only when you hover it).

  • Select date(s).
  • Change booking status if necessary.
  • Click on Save.

Booking price will not be calculated automatically, you need to manually change it.

Edit a booking

  • Select the order where you wish to edit a booking.
  • Click on Edit item on the right (it appears only when you hover it).
  • Change date(s).
  • Change booking status if necessary.
  • Click on Save.

Cancel a booking

There are several ways to do so, depending on what you need/prefer. In any case, availability should be updated automatically. If not, go to Easy Booking > Tools > Initialize stocks.

Refund an item

  • Select the order where you wish to refund a booking.
  • Click on Refund.
  • Select quantity to refund.
  • Uncheck Restock refunded items.
  • Click on Refund (depends on the payment method used).

Delete an item

  • Select the order where you wish to delete a booking.
  • Click on Delete item on the right (it appears only when you hover it).

Cancel an order

This will not refund the order.

  • Select the order you wish to cancel.
  • Change order status to Cancelled.
  • Update.
